As a professional business coach and trainer I am internationally credentialed by ICF as PCC Professional Certified Coach) and ACTC (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching). I work with private clients, entrepreneurs and business professionals, leaders in various development projects where I interpret embodiment, mindfulness and my dance related experience into the corporate and organizational environment. I also function as a mentor coach, coach trainer and a coach supervisor.

I have over 20 years of experience in the management consulting and service industry, having worked for Amrop executive search and management consulting firm, and MALÉV Hungarian Airlines. As a ballroom dancer I competed on international level for more than eleven years and I still actively work with coaching sportmen. I hold MSc degrees in engineering and teaching, and a post-graduate professional qualification in business coaching. I pursued further education in business, team and sport coaching, training, facilitating and coaching supervision in Hungary, Germany and the UK.

I have been running my independent coaching, training and consulting firm since 2013. I serve as an Advisory Board Member of ICF Hungary Chartered Chapter (President 2018-2020, Board Member between 2014 and 2021). I am also actively involved with the work of the board of Hungarian Coaching Umbrella (MCSZ). I am a regular publicist and speaker at professional events and organizations in and outside of Hungary, for example the Hungarian Coach Association, the Budapest Metropolitan University Business and Team Coach and Széchenyi University of Győr Sport Coach postgraduate courses, Coach Academy coach trainings and the International Coach Federation. I am an ICCS Accredited Coaching Supervisor, a qualified ICF PCC Assessor and ICF registered mentor coach.

The most important virtues I have acquired as a competitive ballroom dancer and in the course of my work with athletes, private and business professionals are efficient and effective planning, target-oriented preparation, concentration and timing – all highly valued competences in business life. I bring openness, a fresh perspective and willingness to overcome challenges with cooperation and persistence to everything I do. Along the same milestones, I support my clients in realizing their plans and achieving their goals.
