Business coaching is a type of personal or human resource development. It provides positive support, feedback and advice to an individual or group basis to improve their personal effectiveness in the business setting, to find their work-life balance.

Sport coaching

In sports, a coach or trainer is an individual that teaches and supervises, which involves giving directions, instruction and training of the on-field operations of an athletic team or of individual athletes. Mentor coaching

I support my mentorees for their ACC and PCC credentialing in groups and individually. During the preparation they get a deeper insight on ICF ACC and PCC coach competencies, the ways and steps of application and they develop, practice, deepen their professionalism. I do believe that gaining an international credentialing is a valuable step in our professional coach career!
